It's sunny and warm, it's the weekend and horse boxes are out. Lots of them! Big sophisticated ones close to huge American camper vans, or just as modest trailers pull by your average Joe's car.
And they invade A roads. Where they move along at a modest pace, to the frustration of long queues of fellow drivers, pestering at the back.
British people love their horses. Horse riding is massively popular.
As are shiny old timers, taken out at weekend as well, weather permitting.
And tractors. Huge ones.
A word of advice: don't be too much in a hurry, when traveling on British county roads, during weekends...
